Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be made by phone or online. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a cancellation fee. Availability is subject to clinical scheduling and service capacity.

Payments and Fees

All consultations and services must be paid for at the time of appointment unless otherwise arranged. Pricing will be communicated at the time of booking. We do not process private health insurance claims directly, but receipts will be provided for reimbursement where applicable.

Use of Diagnostic Imaging

All referrals for diagnostic imaging (MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, CT) are assessed on clinical need. Imaging is provided through Alliance Medical. Patients may be subject to additional fees for external services, which will be disclosed in advance.
