Dr. Fearghal Kerin

Dr. Fearghal Kerin specialises in lower limb musculoskeletal rehab and has over a decade of experience working with professional athletes across rugby union and soccer in Ireland and the UK.

In 2024, he completed his PhD at University College Dublin, focusing on hamstring injury mechanisms and recovery in elite rugby union.

He previously worked as Men’s First Team Rehabilitation Physio at Leinster Rugby and Chelsea FC, before returning to Ireland to set up his own clinic and consultancy service, where he supports athletes and clubs internationally, primarily following high-grade or recurrent hamstring injury.

Fearghal presents regularly at international conferences, including the NFL–Premier League Medical Conference in London, SportsSmith Rehab Conference at the Etihad Stadium, Aspetar Muscle Injury Conference in Qatar, and at the MCG for the AFL Physiotherapy Association in Australia.
